User Generated Content (also known as UGC to its friends) has never been more popular on social media. For brands, using pictures their customers have created, showing their products in action, can be HUGELY beneficial. And for influencers and customers, seeing your pics shared on a big brand's account can be lovely too... when it's done correctly.

In this episode, I chat all things UGC, from how to generate it to asking for permission, the benefits to brands and customers through to what else it can show people about the products you sell, and the kind of people/activities they're made for.

I think this is an important episode as when done correctly, User Generated Content has MASSIVE value for everyone. But when done badly, it can leave a rather bitter taste at best, and maybe even a big bill for the brand too.
