Don't worry, it's not about running!

If you follow me on Instagram, you'll know that I recently completed the Couch to 5k Challenge. This is a free, NHS app that takes you from no running to running for 5k or 30 mins in one go at the end of nine weeks.

Over the nine weeks, I was obviously challenged physically, because I'm not a runner. I genuinely find running really hard, but I learnt a LOT during the process. And the thing I learnt the least about was probably running!

In this podcast, I talk through what I learnt from the Couch to 5k, because I learnt an awful lot more about life, business and mindset than I expected from a challenge that left me a sweaty mess and the colour of a tomato each time I completed a run.
