After qualifying eight horses for the Regionals, Olivia Towers was sure at least one of her horses would make it to the dressage Nationals. But during the warm up of one competition, Olivia had what she describes as a meltdown, and a real turning point in her life.
A complete mindset overhaul was needed, and so Olivia set to work learning all she could to improve every area of her life. This lead to a growing social media following, improvements in her riding, huge changes in her general outlook and mindset, and so much more.
