Direct messages aka DMs provide us all with amazing ways to connect to people on social media, form friendships and build relationships. But these precious little messages also get abused - a lot- and that's what today's podcast is all about. When you shouldn't send that damn DM... because these are really, really important. What's more, EVERYTHING I talk about in this podcast has happened to me or people I know in one way or another.
I chat about DMs that are unpleasant, unprofessional, inconsiderate, unsolicited approaches, and DMs that are either SPAM or fall into my 'excessive' category. We need to get the light shining on all of it so we can use DMs correctly. If you use social media and direct messages at all, this one is a good listen!
