Believe in Yourself might be a drawing by Emily Cole (that I happen to have on the wall in my office!), but it's also something that we all need to do a little more, don't you think?
A little while ago, Emily added a Believe in Yourself mug to her gorgeous collection, and to celebrate its launch she teamed up with Jane Brindley from Horse Riding With Confidence Scotland, Donna Case aka The Horse Feed Guru, and me, to offer one winner a prize bundle to help them believe in themselves a little bit more. When the competition was still running, we virtually met up to chat about what that phrase means to us- and this is the result!
I'm lucky to have known these three ladies for a while now as all are members of the Small & Supercharged Mastermind group and are friends too. All have amazing stories to share around times when they believed in themselves, and have also picked up tips and tricks that have helped them to push themselves further, summon up courage when they needed it, and step into what they are capable of.
This is a fun one. Yes, there's lots of tips and stories, but it was such fun to record and I really hope you'll love it too.
